PE 80 or PE 100 is imported directly from the world's No. 1 plastic resin supplier, Borouge in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

DEVICE
HDPE pipes and fittings are manufactured on technological lines of Krauss Maffei and Battenfeld - Cincinnati (Federal Republic of Germany).
Pressure level: 6 bar, 8 bar, 10 bar, 12.5 bar, 16 bar, 20 bar
Pipe diameter range: 20mm - 1200mm
PRODUCTION STANDARD
Standard production:
ISO 4427-2:2007/TCVN 7305-2:2008
DIN 8075:2011-12, DIN 8074:2011-12
Color: Black or black with blue stripes or on request
WORKING PRESSURE
The working pressure is the maximum allowable pressure at water temperatures up to 40°C. The working pressure is calculated according to the formula:
Plv = K × PN
In there:
Plv : Working pressure.
K: Pressure drop factor for water temperature, K
defined as table 1
PN: Nominal pressure

SUPERIOR CHARACTERISTICS OF HDPE PIPE
-
Hygienic safety: No heavy metal added, no dust, no secondary pollution, avoid moss during use.
-
Corrosion resistance: HDPE pipes are not conductive and are not electrochemically reacted by common acids, alkalis or salts.
-
High Flow Productivity: The smooth and frictionless pipe cavity does not cause much resistance to the flow and achieves high flow rates.
-
High flexibility: Can be rolled, bent. Fewer fittings are used, low installation cost, good impact resistance and no breakage.
-
Easy to install: HDPE pipe is light in weight, easy to transport and easy to handle, can be installed in different terrains, does not require much foundation treatment.
-
Durability of use: HDPE pipes can be used for more than 50 years in standard conditions.
-
Many ways to connect pipes: Inner joint, outer joint, electrical connection, thermal connection, flange connection.
-
Environmentally friendly: No additives harmful to the environment.
