UPVC PIPE

UPVC PIPE

Stroman uPVC pipes are manufactured on the technological lines of Krauss Maffei and the Federal Republic of Germany combined with PVC powder and additives imported from the world's leading raw material companies, ensuring quality according to BS3505-standards. 2:1968/ ISO 1452-2:2009/ TCVN 8491-2:2011.

SUPERIOR CHARACTERISTICS

  • Hygiene and safety: No heavy metal extraction when transporting water or transporting liquids, no dust or infection.
  • High Flow Productivity: The smooth and frictionless pipe cavity does not cause much resistance to the flow and achieves high flow rates.
  • Corrosion resistance: uPVC pipes are not conductive and are not electrochemically reacted by common acids, alkalis or salts.
  • Low installation costs: uPVC pipes are light in weight, easy to install with a variety of accessories such as adhesives, flanges or gaskets, thus minimizing installation costs.
  • Durability in use: uPVC pipes can be used for more than 50 years in standard conditions.
  • Environmentally friendly: No additives harmful to the environment.

WORKING PRESSURE

The working pressure is the maximum allowable pressure at water temperatures up to 45°C. The working pressure is calculated according to the formula:
Plv = K x PN
In there:
Plv: Working pressure.
K: Pressure drop factor for water temperature, K is determined as shown in the table below.
PN: Nominal pressure.
